Signal is a story that came about when I decided a scene I had in Liam’s Trust didn’t need to be there. But I liked the way the scene showed the friendship between Liam and Eli. So instead of ditching it, as is the usual way I deal with stuff I don’t need in a book, I decided to repurpose it as a short story. I removed a few bits that slowed things down too much, and then packaged it up as a short story that I hope you’ll love as much as I do!
